Titanium Bars & Rods

Hot-rolled, drawn or forged titanium bars in round, flat, square, hexagonal and angle profiles — the versatile starting stock for CNC machining, fastener manufacturing and structural components.

Titanium bars and rods are produced by hot rolling or forging billets into long straight lengths, then optionally cold drawing or centerless grinding to tighter tolerances and smoother surface finishes. Feinuotai supplies bars in Grade 1, 2, 3, 4 (commercially pure titanium), Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V), Grade 7, 9, 12 and Grade 23 (Ti-6Al-4V ELI) across a wide range of diameters and cross-sections. Grade 1, 2, 5 and 23 are available from stock. Please contact us to confirm current sizes, quantities, and material documentation for these grades. Grade 3, 4, 7, 9 and 12 are available upon request, subject to material availability. Lengths can be supplied as random mill lengths or cut to customer-specified dimensions, with packaging arranged to protect the surface during transit.

Bars are the most versatile titanium semi-finished form — they are machined into shafts, bolts, surgical instrument blanks, valve stems, agitators and thousands of other components. Round bar is the most common, while flat, square, hexagonal and angle profiles reduce machining waste for parts whose final shape already approximates the bar cross-section, making them both more economical and faster to produce.

Sub-Products

Five bar profiles covering the majority of industrial machining needs.

Titanium Round Bar / Rod

Cylindrical bar — the most common form for turning, threading and milling.

Titanium Flat Bar

Rectangular cross-section bar for brackets, plates and key stock.

Titanium Square Bar

Square cross-section bar — useful as-is or as starting stock for hex or custom milling.

Titanium Hexagonal Bar

Six-sided bar for the production of hex bolts, nuts and fittings.

MMO-coated titanium plate and mesh anodes

Titanium Angle Bar

L-shaped equal-leg or unequal-leg angle for structural frames and supports.
